We are excited to announce a Joint Talk hosted by the Edmund Hillary Fellowship with Dr Bennett. Dr Bennett is the Chair of International Energy Agency Bioenergy, the leading international collaboration on bioenergy research, development and usage, and Portfolio Leader for Integrated Bioenergy atSCION, an NZ Crown Research Institute.
Bioenergy will play a key role in reducing the world's reliance on extracted fuel sources in the race to emissions neutrality. Still, the biofuels mandate in New Zealand is only recent.
Join Dr Paul Bennett and Harmaan Madon to discuss the implications of the policy changes, their impact on New Zealand's emissions liability, and the roadmap for the successful commercial adoption of biofuels. There will be space for Q&A.
Harmaan Madon is the Founder of Alimentary Systems and an EHF Fellow (Cohort 6), whose vision is to create value from waste by developing circular solutions which regenerate our environment.
