BRRP.IO is the operating platform behind the Bioenergy Resource Recovery Plant at Bell Island, Nelson. It tracks every tonne from the weighbridge through digestion to an issued carbon credit — and makes the resulting certificate checkable by anyone, without an account.

From weighbridge to verifiable credit
The chain is the product. Every step writes to an append-only ledger, so a credit can always be walked back to the physical material that created it.
- Delivery weighedThe weighbridge records the load, the carrier and the waste origin at the gate.
- Origin attributedTonnage is attributed to the customer whose waste it was, starting the scope-3 chain.
- ProcessedDigestion produces renewable gas and fertiliser; sensors record what the process actually did.
- Reduction calculatedEmissions reduction is computed under ACM0022 against New Zealand's Unique Emissions Factor.
- Credit issuedIssuance is four-eyes: the person who prepares a credit cannot be the person who issues it.
- Publicly checkableThe certificate carries a verification link anyone can test against the live register.
BRRP.IO is operated by Alimentary Systems Limited. Access to the console is by invitation; certificate verification is open to anyone and needs no account. Sign-in is handled on alimentary.systems.
